Heart Tattoo, a tattoo collective located in the vibrant Tampa Heights neighborhood, was opened by long time friends and business partners Squire Strahan and Russell Widner in 2020. Combining some favorites from their last project along with some new faces, Heart has assembled a dream team of tattoo artists.
